About me

I am Olivia Anusionwu, a dedicated psychotherapist with a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in public health, and a master's degree in social work. I hold licenses as an LCSW and LCADC, and I am currently pursuing my PhD in social psychology.

My therapeutic approach includes specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have extensive experience working with diverse clients, including couples, adults, teenagers, and children. My practice addresses a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral habits. I utilize evidence-based therapies, including the strengths-based approach and mindfulness, to provide comprehensive and effective care.

The mission of Wellness in All Dimensions is to provide holistic psychotherapy that addresses the eight dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. This approach ensures that all aspects of a person's well-being are integrated into the therapeutic process.

My Approach

Evidenced-Based Therapies
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as primary modalities. These therapies are effective in addressing a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder. I also incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients dealing with trauma and PTSD.

My practice emphasizes the strengths and resources of my clients. By focusing on what clients do well and building on their existing capabilities, I help them develop resilience and a sense of empowerment.

I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients increase self-awareness and manage stress. Mindfulness helps clients stay grounded in the present moment, reducing anxiety and improving emotional regulation.


Holistic Wellness
I believe in addressing the whole person, not just their mental health symptoms. My practice focuses on the eight dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. By exploring and integrating these dimensions, clients can achieve a more balanced and fulfilling life.

I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic therapeutic environment. Building a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial for effective therapy. I work collaboratively with clients, respecting their autonomy and empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.

As I am currently pursuing a PhD in social psychology, I stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field. This ongoing education allows me to bring new insights and techniques into my practice, enhancing the quality of care I provide.

  • Sessions range from $0–$250, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I also love to work with uninsured clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!

  • Your first session will involve getting to know you, discussing your goals, and creating a personalized treatment plan.
